AWFUL AND UNSAFE LOCATION AROUND LADIES BE AWARE . While it was safe inside the outside is as bad as it gets. You couldnt pay me enough to go back to that part of LA.My review is only for the see you there hip hop event ( past 9 pm ) nothing else . I did not try any food (so i cant speak about that) First of all this place doesnt have this own parking and the website was no help you have to figure it out . The location is terrible every street and every corner is FILLED with homeless i dont recomnend parking in the street like they suggest especially if you are a women . This lounge / club is SMALL indoor and outdoor . The see you there event was completly DEAD . The so called "dj " sucks and couldnt play two song together to save her life . Apple music , computer , ipod , amazon music have smoother better transation than that 🤣 she might as well let music play from her computer it may have been better . She kept on playing songs she likes but couldnt read the room no one else like them or were dancing . People were leaving QUICK . I never seen a place were people leave so fast . It felt more like a high school dancefloor . The place inside is beautiful and clean i will give them that. The patio area is cute and relaxing . They got a fun photobooth inside.the staff checking id and scanning tickets was nice .i dont recommend going to party at night its really empty and sad looking . I also left as i couldnt be more bored and annoy by the "dj" . Its a hell to the no for me when it comes to their...

Without a doubt, High Tide in Downtown Los Angeles is an absolute gem that stands out among the rest.

As an event producer, I've had the pleasure of working with them for the third time now, and I can confidently say that their level of professionalism and world-class service is unmatched. From the moment you step foot inside, you are greeted with warmth and a genuine commitment to making your event a memorable success.

One thing that never fails to impress me is the impeccable cleanliness and tidiness of the venue. It's clear that they take great pride in maintaining a pristine environment, which adds an extra touch of elegance to any occasion.

The bartenders at High Tide are a true asset to the venue, always going above and beyond to assist guests with a vibrant and energetic demeanor. Their positive energy is infectious and adds an uplifting vibe to the overall experience.

If you're looking for the perfect location for your future events, I wholeheartedly recommend High Tide. They have consistently exceeded expectations, and their dedication to providing top-notch service ensures that your event will be nothing short of extraordinary. Trust me, you won't be disappointed with this fantastic venue and the wonderful...

This is probably one of my new favorite bars in DTLA. The patio is super cute, comfortable and all of the big plants/palm trees surrounding the beer garden area give the place a real tropical, chill vibe. Besides the super instagram worthy patio, High tide is different than your average bar/café-- You can actually watch live glass blowing in the garden while drinking beers with your friends. The inside of the actual bar is insane! From the beautiful Fijian wooded bar top to the massive flamingo painting on the wall. There are also direct outlets for charging at every seat of the bar which is super convenient. So many different beers/wine to choose from as well as frozen cocktails (frozé), teas and one of the best cold brews I've ever tasted. High Tide is located in the seafood district so the menu is filled with super delicious small bites. Some of my favorite foods I've tried so far are: -Linguine & clams -Roasted Mushroom toast (to die for) -Smoked trout dip Staff is super friendly and the people/vibes here are really great. For sure my new go-to...

This venue is great from the moment you walk in to the staff at the bar. I had the pleasure of going to the CapiCua event and this is where it was hosted on Sunday. The security team here is professional and the bar tenders and workers do a phenomenal job keeping everything in order while everyone is enjoying themselves in the venue. The only struggle this establishment has which isn’t their fault is location. I don’t recommend parking too far or driving to the venue at all if you aren’t aware of how that section of LA works. None the less a great venue and great people! I can see many successful nights happening over and over due to the management team at this location.

Full disclosure, I know the owners and consider them friends. However, even if that weren't true, this place would STILL be in my list of go-to DTLA bars to hop to. No booze, but a great list of beer, wine, and house-made froze'. A short menu of KILLER bar eats and the best ambiance of any bar around (and I've been to a BUNCH on the area.) There's never a cover to get in, so do yourself a favor and have some house branded beer and a roast beef sandwich. Tell em LeRoy sent ya!
