So lemme start off by saying they have fabulous clothes at an affordable price. Not the best quality, but for what youāre paying... itās not too bad. With that being said, this rating should be a negative 5 (that wasnāt an option) but it wasnāt for their clothes, its based off their rude employee. I had the NASTIEST EXPERIENCE due to one of their extremely rude, arrogant associates (specifically the black girl with the glasses). I saw the store while walking melrose and decided to come Inside, immediately I made eye contact with the girl at the counter, smiled and even waved at her to which she just starred at me and made 0 comments. I proceeded to look around and found 2 dresses I LOVED and would eventually try on. Prior to doing so, I asked the associate if it would be okay if I could try these on, and she rudely glares at me and simply points to the dressing room... thatās it... no words, no smiles, a simple point with her hand and finger ... which at this point I assume is the only thing sheās capable of doing. I could immediately tell she was frustrated, which is understandable (I worked retail for years) but keep in mind, itās a tiny botique and I WAS THE ONLY CUSTOMER IN THE STORE. So now Iām in their dressing room and as Iām trying on the dresses I over hear her say, not once, but TWICE to another fellow employee āGod I HATE when people ask me stupid questions,ā (Which weāre both extremely close to me, considering the dressing room is right next to the register counter) As uncomfortable as I am at this point, I grab the dresses, zip them up & hang them back on a hanger neatly and with them in hand, I proceeded to leave the dressing room. As Iām making my way back to the racks that I retrieved them from, She then asks if I was going to buy them, and I respond politely; āno they werenāt a good fitā then she fires back at me with ā whatever, I can take those from you now, you didnāt even hang them back on correctlyā and her and 2 other associates start giggling (the gay guy and some other girl) I was utterly appalled, never have I ever witnessed such blunt rudeness from an associate, ESPECIALLY from a boutique on melrose. Even forever 21 has better customer service, than this grinch before Christmas. Literally didnt understand what her deal was. Ive never been so appalled. Never have I been so triggered. Overall my experience was terrible and made me feel hugely uncomfortable to say the least, which is unfortunate because I had the Intentions of buying not only the 2 dresses but also a serveral other items I saw (all super cute tho ) but She was such a hateful person and you can see it radiate off her along with her major attitude problem. Her negativity and bad vibes lingered in the air as the other two associates basked In it. How has she even managed to maintain this job ? When she canāt even manage to provide the bare minimum of customer service? Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was a few doors down for my friend's birthday party and had found an unmarked parking spot behind this business. Not realizing it was reserved or dedicated business parking. This business didn't have any signs posted about restricted parking, towing, or anything.
When I came out they had taped a threatening and intimidating sign on my car door, with my first and last name, referencing my school, work, and education. I went inside to discuss it with the owner. I explained to the sales associate that I had a history of trauma and the sign was incredibly dysregulating and frankly emotionally abusive. The sales associate immediately confirmed the owner was pissed and had left the sign on my car door and said I wasn't allowed to discuss this with the owner. Instead she wanted to take my personal phone number. I declined and walked out.
10/10/23 update: thanks for your feedback. The photos from the day the sign was left on my car which I have posted indicated zero signage about parking or towing. Bad customer service is bad customer service. Clearly I am not the only person to have experienced this terrible energy...

I just moved LA, there are alot of stores but not one quite like this one! The clothes are made so well, and they have so many different trends to select from! And I met the owner!!! Wow!!!!! Sheās amazing. She helped me pick out outfits that would look good on me based on my body type!! She gave the best advice ever and treated me so well! She truly cares about her customers, and goes above and beyond for them!! Thatās rare!!!! I will def be shopping here and bring my friends! I suggest you def stop by!!!
