I ordered 2 pairs of boxing gloves from here in October, one for bag work and one for sparring. The pair I got for bag work were the supergel V and the sparring gloves were the s50’s. Both pairs of gloves felt great but you could definitely tell the difference in quality between the two. obviously you should be able to with the price difference of the two. The supergel pair’s stitching started to come apart after 2 months of using them daily. I do however, believe that it was just a defect in my glove specifically and not the product in its entirety. I didn’t think I would be able to get a refund or a replacement because I had already passed the return policy date but I thought I’d reach out anyways to see if we could work something out. When I explained my situation they didn’t ask questions at all or give any hassle. All they did was ask for a picture of the defect then they would send a replacement soon after. It goes even further than that, I told them that with both pairs I purchased I really loved the s50 so I asked for in store credit instead of a replacement and I would use it towards another pair of their s50. They had 0 problems with it and made it happen without any issue. I can’t say that I have ever had a better experience with customer service in my life! I was already a returning customer because I have bought a lot of their product in the past but now they will be the first people I point my finger to when someone asks for gear...

All I can say is that ever since I discovered this place I haven’t looked anywhere else for boxing equipment. They have everything you need from boxing, muy Thai, jujitsu. Forget all of these other brands out there, superare has the best quality enough said. If you have any questions or issues, Dylan is the man. This guy is nothing but the best vibes and so is everyone else that works there. Dylan took care of me when I had an issue with one of my gloves that I purchased. I've made about 3 purchase from here in the past 12 months. Every time its been Jesse and Dylan. A pleasure every time. They are super knowledgeable without being arrogant. I recently had a tear in a superare bag and they warrantied it for me without blinking. Josh was in the shop that day. It was my first time meeting him and I was really surprised how easy they made it for me to roll in, show them the problem, and bring out a replacement for me.
