From the moment I stepped through the doors, I knew that this was a gym that took its mission seriously. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming, and they go out of their way to make sure that everyone who walks in feels comfortable and supported.
But what really sets The Training Loft apart is its unique approach to training. Rather than simply focusing on weight lifting or cardio, this gym offers a well-rounded program that includes a mix of weight training, athletic training, and nutrition. And let me tell you, it really works. The Semi-private training is exactly what I needed.
After just one year of training at The Training Loft, I've seen massive improvements in my strength, mobility, mental health, and mood. I've gained 14 pounds, and I'm only coming for 9 sessions a month and working out for 30 minutes at a time. That's how effective this program is.
I have to give a special shoutout to trainers Jimmy and Francis for being so great. They're both incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and motivating, and they really go above and beyond to make sure that every client is getting the most out of their workouts. I've been a fan of this format for a while, and the coaches here (Jimmy, Francis, Aristotle, James, & Maisy) are all exceptional. They are great programmers where they push you but they listen to what YOU want your workout to be, and take that into account when designing your program. They also keep you accountable and make sure you're doing the movement properly. Plus the workouts are 30min, which really tackles a lot in a short amount of time. Originally 30min kicked my butt because I have zero cardio endurance, but 5+ months later I am crushing my workouts! Stephen & Wayne, the owners, are lovely and welcoming. They run a tight ship, but are so incredibly nice. The facilities are extremely clean and you can tell everyone here takes a lot of pride in this gym. They have a PT on staff, Garrett, who is such a great added resource. I thankfully don't have any major injuries or pains I have to work around, but the general aches & stiffness I have, Garrett has really helped me work through.
