Shake Shack Encino Courtyard — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I can't place a zero star, but i would if I would , it's an embarresment I order a bacon avacado burger , it's a miniature not worth the 10 bucks I paid for it , might as well get the same size at McDonald's. Everything is expensive but food should still be worth the price and got very few fries doesn't feel like I got fries , I asked fo cheese it wasn't even on the fries they send it on the side I could have just gotten the kraft cheese in my fridge in that case . I expected melted cheese on my fries . And didn't get Buffalo sauce I ordered on the side .this would be the last place I come to and there's worse places I would...

So last year me moved and now Encino shake shack is the closet to us. We are from NYC were the first shake shack Gramercy park was open. We would eat there often. Burgers are the BEST. However here in California they way way over cook the burgers, were they resemble hockey pucks. No juice is left in the meat completely dry. It’s so sad because what use to me my favorite burger is no longer that. BTW shake shack had 3 tables for a Saturday lunch thats slow maybe they will end up closing...

First time here. Got a single and double shake shack burger (add pickles) with a fry for $20. They gave us two sauces upon request. The crinkle fries lived up to expectations and the burgers tastes homemade, which is very rare. The toppings were fresh and the bun was good. They bring the food to ur table.
