Cookie crumble, what can I say? It's a place that is overhypeked on a cookie that just crumbles in your mouth. Some of them are delicious. Similar should never be made again. Most of the time at all, the cookie crumples that I have gone to the service is amazing and I think that's why they get me to go back. It's not so much they're cookie. It's just a simple fact that the people that work. There are pleasant the service that they provide is amazing and the hype of trying the new cookie of the week. It's fun now. Let me tell you about this location though if I didn't have 3 anxiety attacks at the time that I was there. I'd be lying to you. I may be even had 4. The parking situation is ridiculous and people that are around a mess. They're so rude. Nobody cares about anything. Everybody's honking 247. It's just so disrespectful. They're blocking parking spots that are for handicap. Their just parked in the middle of the street like. There's only a little area to drive there and you have no common courtesy each. Just wait your turn. And you have no common courtesy to get out of that parking structure. If you're not gonna park so that makes it an unpleasant experience. I apologize to cookie crumble that had to buy a spot at that location. I think this will be the last time. I go to the North Hollywood one. And then I think what I'm bothered about as well. It's not that I didn't want a tip because I'm okay with tipping but that I'm forced to tip when I use the app and they automatically put the tip that they want you to tip. Who the f*** wants to tip $8 and excuse my French. For a box of 12 cookies that I paid $40 for yeah, that's a little outrageous. I think but that being said. Unfortunately, I think I'll continue to go back. Just not to this location and I will try to order. There where I'm not forced to tip and I. Also don't like the simple fact that they don't accept cash. Which a lot of places don't anymore? So I don't think it's that big of a deal to everybody. But I don't like that. I'd like to have my options. Thanks for reading my review see u around QueenNikkiNicole⁡

Gonna make 4 quick points here. 1. Before coming in on Dec 7th 6:50pm, I checked the app to see if there were any sold out cookies. After finding out that they're all available (both through the app and on the kiosk) and walking in for a 4pk, they had Chocolate Chip, Oreo Milkshake and Caramel Butter Cake sold out. 2. Dinner time on a Saturday and there are only 2 brand new employees (they said it was Day 1 for them) working for a line of 10-12 orders during my visit (one more joined later). Minimal employees during a dinner rush is never a good sign. Positive, they handled it as best as they could. 3. The remedy by them for Oreo was 2 minis but 3 would have given me the same as a regular. I was shorted but due to time and frustration, I took the 2. 4. The box was not shown to me for presentation purposes so I opened it up on the table. The Caramel Butter Cake I waited 20 mins for was not only not put together (still in containers and not dressed) but they forgot the caramel sauce. It was added after but still not dressed as advertised. Everything tasted good except for the Strawberry Crinkle which was hard and not enough strawberry. I tried this location 5-6 times, giving my best in forgiveness and grace every time but I can't do it anymore. There are other locations I'll be going to.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE ENCINO BRANCH!!! An employee previously told me to leave a note if I wanted different flavors in each box, so on my next order I did, “Please do 6 different flavors each box. Thank you” When I came to pick up, the same employee said they don't do that, was rude, and tried to give me 6 of the same cookies per box-even though I explained these were client gifts. She didn't greet me, showed no courtesyand gave me attitude the moment I walked in. I usually buy at least 5 dozen cookies per visit and have always had amazing service at Glendale, Burbank, West Hollywood and Valencia Branch. Sadly, the Encino location was the complete opposite and reflects poorly on the Crumbl brand.

Went in for a sweets craving smelled amazing- upon entering none of the staff greeted us-we were the only ones in the store… We figured just approach the kiosk and figured out how to order, standing there ordering and still nothing from staff - I guess ok. But the kiosk asks if we’d like to tip- this time-no thanks not with that kind of service. We picked out 6 cookies, 2 of the new Tres leches. Come to find out later at home while on social media that they didn’t give us the side of Tres Leches sauce that’s supp to go w the cookie-so we couldn’t experience the full effect, or whatever you expect for buying 6 cookies at $25. Guess I should have read the reviews as some prev customers posted some issues and the owner just directs to the website instead of trying to give a customer a...
