Pressed Juicery — Restaurant in Los Angeles

Customer service was lacking at my visit. I came in to purchase three days’ worth of juice cleanse - I asked the cashier which cleanse they recommend out of each day-long cleanse. She never really answered my question, just tried to talk me out of what I wanted to order and pointed me to a half day cleanse. Told me to make sure I’ve eaten clean three days prior to a cleanse.. I guess I don’t look like I eat clean. I ended up ordering three day cleanses and she labeled each juice for me which I appreciated. She didn’t tell me about any of the juices or which day was which - I had to ask. Kind of hard shoveling over ~$100 (including tip) when an employee doesn’t answer your questions or seem in the mood to do their job.

Edit: Reached out to the email as requested in the review response but didn’t hear back from anyone. Just going to assume that customer service here sucks....

Whats up guys another awesome place you must visit and stay healthy im signed up to VIP account with pressed which is a must and monthly money you can use towards your purchased items I would recommend the refresh drink and elderberry shot which are my favorite also there are cleansing packages and the 7 days vacation pack is a must try much thanks to their awesome employees and special shoutout to Amanda always helpful and makes every visit a charm. Glen, that's all I have to say. First time coming here and he greeted me with a smile and gave me such perfect information and also for being there the first time, a wonderful experience! He treated me as if I was one of his close friends and had a wonderful conversation too.
