The Kebab Shop — Restaurant in Los Angeles

I have to give my compliments to The Kebab Shop. The employees were very friendly and welcoming. What nice people you have at your business. Kudos to the HR dept. It really does make a difference to customers. They Started out in San Diego and have expanded thought Ca. I can understand why they have been so successful.

Now the food. Excellent and delicious. Look at the pictures of my chicken Kebab. The chicken was moist and crispy on the outside with a touch of darkening to add flavor. Two types of onions make the kebab stand out in your mouth. The sauces were out of this world. The cilantro sauce added a freshness to the kebab. The Garlic white sauce added a touch of spiciness that complimented the kebab.

Parking was easy and The Kebab Shop is very clean. The bathrooms and spotless and the drinking fountains were clean as well.

They have a fun décor (look at my photos) that is spacious and comfortable.

After my review, they contacted me to rectify the situation. We decided to revisit and this time ordered the Grilled Chicken Kebab bowl. To our surprise, it was absolutely delicious reminding us of one of our favorite New York spots, Halal Guys. The chicken was fantastic and the rice was cooked perfectly, would definitely come back for it! ( will add pictures of food )

My husband and I have been trying Middle Eastern food to find something close to his home cuisine. We went to this place, which is clean with friendly staff and good music. We ordered the Lamb & Beef Kebab Wrap with all the veggies for $15.

The meat tasted a bit bland, lacking in flavor. My husband agreed it's not quite like the kebab wraps from the Middle East, but it's not terrible, just not what...

I had to change my review. Hubby and I eat here often. Unfortunately we will not be coming anymore. We came in a couple of weeks ago and ordered the usual- chicken breast plate and asked for the chicken to be well done. The guy(didn’t get his name) said that he couldn’t do that, i said why? He said because we can’t raise the temperature. I said no just cook the chicken a little longer, you don’t need to raise the temperature. And he said no, we can’t. It’s not allowed. I asked if it was a new rule or something because we always have it well done and he said no it’s always been like this…

So ya, that just doesn’t make any sense to us. Horrible customer service. Not sure why he refused to cook our chicken a little longer than usual. We won’t be eating here again. So sad and disappointing because we really...
