The beauty nail — Local services in Los Angeles

The first time I came here the service was amazing, I wrote a 5 star review. But I came back a second time & maaan the service was horrible. I went to the same gentleman, so I thought I would get the same service. He was extremely aggressive when he grabbed my fingers pinching them and pulling & tugging on my wrist. It was very unprofessional, he even scraped me with the filing machine. He gasped in a sarcastic way & apologized in such a dry tone. I came for a fill, but the nails were done so horrible that I will need to get them filled again. The shapes are uneven & the fill looks horrible. When he moved me to the drying station, he did not bother sanitizing the area. I could tell it was dirty because there was the nail shaving all over the table. I'm NEVER COMING BACK. Find another nail salon, not even the pedicure...

I honestly had a horrible experience at this nail salon I went in I showed them my pictures asking if they could do this exactly alike it wasn't a very complicated design it was a pink powder under pink French tip with the heart on the ring finger they confirm saying that they were able to do it that they had the color and everything and when I sat down for them to do the pedicure they put on the acrylic and the acrylic was a nude it matched my skin t Tone literally my nail disappeared it's like if I didn't have one that's how much it match my skin tone and when I told her I did not want that I wanted the pink she then said she didn't have the color pink so I had to pay $35 for a half done pedicure I do not recommend this place at all and I don't even know how they have a...

I gave this place a chance to end up with a infection and losing my entire pinky nail. Right after getting them done the nail felt kind of tight and weird . I didn’t think anything of it . The next few days it kept getting worse and then I realized I could see on the side the entire thing ( the extension AND my real nail ) is lifting , fully . The nail is hanging on by 5% . I’ve since had to cut it down and wrap it hopefully it’ll Just fall off instead of going through any more Painful removal. Don’t know what went wrong but never experienced this before . It’s a shame because I actually spent alot of money there on their best deluxe mani pedi and the gel x just to end up like this ….
