Took in a $2000.00 cuckoo clock that was having problems with the chime mechanism. The clock would cuckoo OK but the chime (spring strike) was hit and miss. The pendulum would just swing with shorter and shorted swings until it just stopped. So now the clock has gone from bad to non-functional, and on top of all - I was charged $25 for this downgrade. The clock is now totally non-functional. I will never go back to Time Square for any...

He also has nice...
