I got to say we did have a rough start as their forms are outdated. the website tells you to call for a shipping quote but they can't give you one until they pulled the order. They won't pull the order unless they have your credit card authorization. The authorization form has things that don't even apply and are outdated. This whole system needs fixed.
There were several items that I had in my cart that were not actually in stock. if it's not in stock, I shouldn't be able to add it to my cart. I just received my order today and there was one discrepancy they sent me the wrong thing x 3
Placed my second order and over half of the order was not in stock. I started out around $650 and it ended up around $180. Somebody needs to work on the inventory. On both orders the shipping price is intentionally being inflated. After placing my second order this one was also messed up. me aThey sent an item they don't even sell in place of what I actually ordered. Also I was charged for items that were not sent. My sales representative seems to have ignored me about resolving any issue with any orders so I call the main office. I asked them if they had the item that I ordered that they did not send me and they were not sure. After going back to the site you can still add items to your cart that they do not have in stock.

My next order was bad right out of the gate with a item that was not ordered in replacement of the item I had ordered. I realized it and called back when I received my invoice via email. The lady I spoke to fixed it and added 2 items that, I thought, would make it to my order. Since, my order had just been made the day before. When I received my order, half of it was incorrect. I received two items of a color that was incorrect, all the way to the product number. I received one item that was close but, not at all what was pictured on the site or on the description, for that matter.My experience with the customer service is that they are not knowledgable of whether or not an item is in stock. Read moreThis is the worst place for wholesale products. Problems starts from there name. On invoice it is “U.S. GLOBAL IMPORTS” and when you call they will say “Sonic Imports”. So far we order products from them few times, on first shipment many products was missing, even parts missing from the item, and damaged item. Most of the main item wasn’t ship. And Shipping was sky high. Call them and inform them, they said they are out of those main items and they will issue store credit for non shipped item. Next time we order same thing happen again. Product missing, wrong item, damaged item, and also poor quality of those products. Call customer service, after 30 min. later hold somebody there.
