Earlier review: Great service and great prices. 8.24.25 Modifying my review due to problems with repairing a broken bangle. I requested a bangle to be soldered. To my surprise, my bangle’s decorative carvings had been removed, now completely smooth. Furthermore, the color has been changed from yellow gold to white gold. According to the manager, the bangle was polished smooth even though I didn’t request that. I was there 08/24 yesterday to pick up and it was decided that if I left a similar bangle for them to copy from they would be able to fix it. I went back with the sample bangle and the manager wrote on the receipt that I gave him a “yellow colored” bangle. He insinuated that maybe it did not a gold bangle even though I told him to test. Yes l came into Vallian jewelry store just to check out what they had to offer and right away they had great deals. Jaky one of the assistants working there helped me out with a ring l took an interest in. She showed me several rings but one l like the most l got. No money down, with my credit being reasonable l was able to walk out of there with nice shiny piece of jewelry. No interest on the monthly payments to sweeten up the deal. I came to this store a few weeks ago to look at these onyx clover necklace and earrings and I went back to the store today to finally get them. Jaky gave me a great price for them and even showed me a Pixiu which I fell in love with and also got for myself. Their manager, Jorge even went the extra mile to provide service for me. He took out their full length mirror just so I could look at myself in full view with all the jewelry pieces that I got. What a sweet man! I just love how everyone in this store takes care of their customer. I tell you, even if I happen to drop by their store but don’t plan to get anything, I will come by just to say hi to these people.
