I went in today to have lunch, I've been here before and service had been pretty good but that was not the case today. I want to preface that I also work at another pizza chain so I know how it can get. Also, I'm not upset with the female employee that helped me, I'm actually upset about how they are managing this location.

I ordered 2 build your owns which took 10 minutes for them to prepare. No, it was not busy, I was the only person in line.

There was a male employee working on online orders and so the female employee helped take my order, she seemed a little unsure of what she was doing so I took it like she was still in training & was pretty patient. Except after she finished my first pizza, the male employee asked her to take care of another issue and he went into the back. I stood there for a couple minutes confused because if he asked her to do something else while making my order, I expected him to help me.

She didnt take too long but there was no dough ready, -- there was about 5 employees there from what I can tell, just looking busy. I say that because 1 was the male employee that had gone to the back, 1 was folding boxes, 1 was kind of cleaning, 1 was the female employee helping, and 1 was another female who kept getting in trouble for actually trying to do something. Anyway, finally the female employee was in the middle of making my 2nd pizza when the employee that was folding boxes comes around and another online order comes out, he yells out saying the order came in so the female employee stops again to set that order up.

Once she gets back to me I ask her for minced garlic but after looking at the container, I lost my appetite. The garlic was a dark yellow floating in water with green pepper and mushrooms. I told her never mind and she asked if I wanted it fresh. I said If it wasnt too much trouble id appreciate it. The Male employee comes back around seeing that my 2nd pizza isn't finished and makes a comment about how he wouldve finished it by now. WOW. I wonder why she hasn't been able to finish it. She comes back holding the container but goes to the SODA MACHINE TO PUT WATER IN IT. why? Then she comes back to my pizza and puts a HANDFUL of the wet garlic onto my pizza. I told her it was too much and she apologized and attempted to take some off.

The first pizza was fine but the 2nd pizza I couldn't enjoy.

So please, work on: Managing your team better Communication within the team Training your team better Work on your portioning! (What a nightmare for inventory, if you guys even do that.)

& to the female employee that kept getting in trouble for actually trying to work, I hope you walked...

My wife and I finally had the chance to try out this Blaze pizza location. We were shopping inside Northridge mall and she wanted blaze pizza so we stopped by tonight. The place is not connected to the mall so you have to exit where Dicks Sporting Goods is or the mall entrance itself to get to it. When we walked inside, they had a couple of guest in line and dining but the place is still very clean and nice. We got the build your own pizza, I went with the spicy red sauce, mozzarella chesse, Canadian ham, bacon, pineapple and banana pepper. The pizza didn't take long to make and I thought my pizza was delicious. When they were preparing my order, the lady checking the pizza dough didn't like how the person made it because the presentation wasn't nice so she made him redo it. I believe her name was Julia and she seem very dedicated to her job. I also got a medium drink and they have some good options of soda or lemonade to choose from. My wife enjoyed her pizza as well, dining inside of the place is also relaxing. If you want extra chesse or crushed red pepper then you'll have to ask for it when you pick up your pizza. They have a outdoor patio where you can sit and watch TV but we wanted to be inside with the AC. Some people leave their plate at the table after finishing their food and a worker will clean it up but there also a place where you throw away your trash and leave your plate. I threw away my trash and left my plate at the...

It's such a pleasant surprise to have a Blaze Pizza location so conveniently located right by the mall. I've always enjoyed their pizza, but I usually find myself caught in the hustle of the food court and paying those inflated prices. This time, I decided to step outside, skip the food court, and treat myself to something a little different.

I ordered my pizza on the app while I was browsing around, and I was honestly so impressed by how easy and seamless the whole process was. It was ready and waiting for me just as I finished up shopping--such a nice touch that made the experience feel smooth and effortless.

For the first time, I decided to try a pesto drizzle on my pizza, and I can honestly say it was a game-changer. The added flavor was the perfect complement to the fresh ingredients, and I was so happy with the choice. It's definitely something I'll be going back for next time--I can't wait to enjoy that delicious pesto again!

All in all, this was such a simple but satisfying experience, and I'm looking forward to making it a...

Ordered through the App. Same pizzas we usually get. The red vine pizza was to have fresh And shredded mozzarella, it only had fresh and the tomato’s were bitter. Crust was to be well done and it was soggy. Now for the pepperoni lovers. The pepperoni were all off to one side and there was some other kind of topping that I didn’t order. Probably won’t go back. The manager is in over his head and the young people working there just don’t care about the fact they are preparing food for a family to eat.
