When booking, we wanted to book for a later time and were pushed into booking earlier. We communicated we were sure we would be late. The employee said we could change it if needed, never said there would be a change fee, but to try to make it to the earlier time. We called multiple times about our status and were promised we could change the time with no issues. When we arrived at the spot the boss was very rude about there being a change reservation fee. We arrived before the original time we tried to book and were pushed by his employee to try to make it earlier when we knew it would be highly unlikely. The tour itself was decent, and our driver had a lot of good information. I didnt love the plug for leaving cash tips when we were already charged a change fee. Unethical and Disrespectful Tour Service Experience

Our experience with this tour service was highly disappointing and unprofessional. The representative, who handled our ticket purchase ( a south asian guy) , took our cash without issuing a receipt. He then attempted to place us in an overfilled bus, offering us seats next to the driver. When we requested a refund due to the lack of information and our discomfort with the seating options, he became confrontational and refused to return our money, displaying a very aggressive attitude. The manager was equally rude and mean. Ultimately, we had to wait for the next bus to avoid losing our $120.
