Craft House Pizza - Westport — Restaurant in Louisville

Dreadful. Utter disappointment. Was looking forward all day to good pizza for dinner. As I'd read this place was a spinoff of Hometown Pizza, I assumed the pizza would be at least comparable. No sir. The center of the pizza was cold after a 5 minute drive home. And the thin crust, which isn't hard to bake until DONE, was nearly raw. Pizza crust should never be white underneath after being baked. But this was. And no crust should ever manage to be both LIMP to the point where picking up a slice causes the entire thing to flip down and dump off all the considerable toppings. And no crust should ever manage to be TOUGH and chewy as well as limp. But that perfectly describes the pizza I paid $26 for tonight. Oh but wait! The cheese! Sorry. I cannot review the cheese because as far as I could tell there wasn't any. Apparently this place considers a limp, tough, chewy crust, very lightly topped with bland thin tomato paste, and then buried under toppings to be a pizza. Cheese? We don't need cheese! Yeah. No. Not good. Next time I want pizza it won't...

I had high hopes coming here, I expected some good pizza and cold beer. I can say at least the beer was cold. I ordered regular pizza with onion, pepperoni , sausage olives and green peppers and a hafe glass full beer. First few sips of the beer I could tell it was missing a banana flavor I was used too.No big deal moved on maybe something was wrong with my palette today. Unfortunately I was glad I was offered red pepper and cheese for th pizza as that was the only real flavoring. No hint of oregano or basil it was very bland. The other off putting part of the pizza was that the veggies were cut in such an irregular shape and size it gave a very off putting mouth feel on the bites. I paid roughly 19 with a beer and. 10' pizza...

First off, the cooking staff at Wesport Road is awesome. My food is always great. The wait staff is my issue, more then once I have felt like this person literally ignores me, my boss has even noticed it. Today was the last straw. I was waiting at the counter for my to go order and no one says a word. A guy comes in behind me walks in front of me and she says "oh, you have a carry out? what is the name?" she goes to kitchen staff tells them his name and the guy in the kitchen notices I am there as well. He brings me my order (knows who I am and so does the waitress) first and says I am sorry. He knew she ignored me as well. I work at a establishment that a lot of our staff goes there and she doesn't do anyone this...
