Got here at 8:56pm, people were inside, I know, they close at 9, the guy said we couldnt order so we turned around. No big deal! But then there was a guy in his car who asked if we were able to be served we said no, and he proceeded to tell us he had the worst experience while here. He said the server was rude and rolled his eyes at him when he came in 12 minutes before close. The other customers who had been inside came out and said they also had a nasty experience with this server. When we started to come in, she quoted him saying âyeah they arenât coming in.â He was rude to her about her allergy tell her to âcome back tomorrowâ to talk to the manager about what she could have. I understand customers can be trying at times but if you canât handle them, dont be in customer service. I really wouldnt have been upset that we couldnt order but the way he handled it...

However, as soon as we pulled into the parking spot, two workers started cussing and giving us awful looks, staring at us. Before we walked in, we double-checked the closing time, and while they were closing soon, they weren't closed yet. A simple "Hey, we're about to close" or even a polite approach would have been greatly appreciated.
