We came from Fort Collins to have our Riccar, Impeccable, canister vacuum repaired because Robert, the owner and technician, is so professional and impressive. He is a "vacuum whisperer." He actually answers the phone unlike Vacuums R US which just voicemail prompts you to bring it in and states that a technician is never available to speak to you. Maggie's has a part-time technician with irregular hours and again you're just encouraged to bring your broken vacuum in without knowing if you'll be able to talk to the technician.
There's not a whole lot to add to all the other reviews that say how generously and clearly Robert explains the problem and how low -pressure and respectfully he outlines your options. He is empathetic and kind and very reasonably priced compared to other repair shops. His wife is super kind too. You feel welcomed and respected in their store.
Like many of the other reviewers wrote, Robert completed our vacuum repair several days earlier than his estimated repair date which already was tons earlier than one of the other Fort Collins vacuum repair shops. That shop's employee told me over the phone that if my vacuum required a new motor, it could take a month or more! It did require a new motor, yet Robert had it repaired in a week! He even showed my husband and me the problem with our broken motor when we picked up our vacuum. He treated us with the care and consideration we'd expect from a loving family member and we...
Read moreBEST PLACE TO BUY AND HAVE VACUUM SERVICES - HANDS DOWN! I just purchased by second vacuum cleaner from Loveland Vacuum and couldn't be happier. We buy higher end vacuums that will last years so we don't have to buy a vacuum every other year. The first was a Simplicity from this same store and this one is a Riccar. The Simplicity lasted for just over 20 years and actually still runs...just lacking sucking power. The Riccar is amazing...nice long hose, cord, great attachments and boy does it get the dirt up. Robert and Jessica are amazing and we wouldn't even consider buying a vacuum...
Read moreThis is my go to for purchasing and repairing vacuums. I have larger northern breed dogs and I used to break Walmart or Amazon $300+ vacuums yearly. I first had Robert do repairs, then I decided to buy a vacuum from him. He does my yearly cleanings and maintenance now. Despite spending more initially on a much higher quality vacuum, he's saved me a lot of money overall. The repair costs are very reasonable. He even replaced a cord for me on my dog fur dryer. I can't recommend this shop...
