I really enjoyed my experience here. I showed up at about 2:30pm, so there were only a couple other customers.

But the service was prompt and friendly (sometimes people get in lazy-mode when things are slow), and the Extreme Patron Margarita was great! Great enough that I had two, even though that $20 nearly tripled the cost of my otherwise-$12-meal.

The food was good too. I had the Supreme Burrito with Pollo Asada, and I opted to go with the red sauce since they said the green sauce was a little bit spicy, and I'm generally not one for much spice.

It was great, although I can see how, even with a little bit of spice, the green sauce might complement chicken better.

Either way though, I was impressed with the kind professionalism and attentiveness that the waitress showed, which is a huge plus.

And it was nice that they didn't charge extra for chips and salsa, like the last place I went to.

The salsa was a bit spicy, and I wish there was an option for mild, but it was still good. And I thought it was especially nice that the chips were actually kept warm, so they seemed very fresh and enjoyable.

6/27/24 update! I finally got to eat here!! I went out of my comfort zone of enchildas and chile rellenos and ordered the Brisket Blaze burrito.

First off, it is 8 meals in one. It is HUGE. like, I was a little embarrassed when the plate came. Second, it is absolutely delicious. The sauces and brisket are perfect. I'll be enjoying it for the next 4 days. Herbie the pug was NOT invited this time. Beware though! If you get rice and beans it will cost you $3.50 extra. I went here a few weeks ago, a special treat. I got enchiladas and of course the flauta bites, which are the most beautiful appetizers ever. And delicious. A must get. Sadly, I have no idea if the enchiladas are any good because I got up from the table to check on my cat (he had been locked in the shed! He's ok) and my STUPID PUG jumped on the table and made off with the entire enchilada!!! That was MY 1000 calories of cheesy, saucy goodness! I'm still mad at him. From what I can tell, it was an amazing enchilada. Herbie horked it down with no regrets. Pictures of my enchiladas...

We always pass by this place and we finally stopped by, which we are so happy we did! When we first go there the hostess gave us a very comfortable booth since we had a stroller. Then the server came right away to start us off with drinks. They have these amazing margarita flightthat comes with 4 small different types of amazing flavored margaritas for like $19, totally recommend! Then we got the ceviche tostadas, and they were super juicy and delicious 😋. For my entree I got the birria tacos and they did not disappoint, they were so fresh and cheesy plus the dipping sauce was very good. My husband got the enchiladas, and they were covered in sauce with a lot of cheese, with an incredible flavor! Lastly, we had flan as dessert, and this place has one of the best flans I've had in Colorado! It was super fluffy and cheesy! Also super grateful the bathroom had a baby folding table too! The waiter did an incredible job! Total bill with tip came out around $75 for all of this.

Definitely will be bringing back more of my family...
