I love inta juice and mostly the workers are friendly. However, I just visited about 10 min ago to the location by Chuze. I think the owners should know that there is one brown haired female employee with glasses that actively makes me not want to come back. She is very rude and makes weird excuses. For instance, when I asked to add calcium, she said she had already made the smoothies. 1. This lost the business add on money. 2. She could have easily just added it, right? I would need to know more about the process before I can judge. Then I tried to pay with a $50 bill. She rudely said it's too early in the morning for us to have change. That seems like a very weird reason to not have change, especially since I visited during the late morning/ lunch hour. She should have said I'm sorry for the inconvenience, we don't have any change on hand, do you have another payment method? Again, why would she premake smoothies that haven't been paid for? Again another expense to the company if I didn't have a debit card on hand. She has been pretty rude and condescending in other visits I've had with her but I've kindly looked the other way. Hopefully the business isn't losing money and customer base due to her strange social interaction and lack of business sense. And I truly hope she can learn from this and improve her customer service skills.
Adding to this review- problem has been addressed. Thank you!!!! I haven't seen the girl I had an issue with and service has been outstanding! There was a really nice gal working the window on 6/27 at 10:45 am that did a...
Read moreThe young lady who “helped” us was incredibly rude and treated us as if we were a nuisance and bothersome. Didn’t ask if we wanted a add-in for our drinks and then when she heard us discussing whether they had add-ins or not completely ignored us. This is my second trip there this week and both experiences were not good due to staff rudeness. Todays visit was even worse! Same young lady though, involved in my purchase. I think she might even be the manager, awful customer service. To add to that, she didn’t even inquire as to whether or not I had points (which I do) and she absolutely makes sure she is unapproachable so there is no questions or corrections to be made! Awful
In response to owner of inta juice….⬇️ That is your go to response I see from prior complaints. If it is truly your intention to make your store a more enjoyable and pleasant experience as well as improve your products quality or hope to redeem a customer’s loyalty, then you ought to give some kind of incentive and or reason to return. Why would I return when my basic needs were not met as a customer and felt that my simple presence as a guest was annoying and a bother. Thats how myself along with my children and grandchildren were treated… So, unless you plan on making what you can right and offering a incentive to return (even simply good customer service) I will...
Read moreI use to go to inta juice alot but hadn't been to the new location. Thought a smoothie sounded good, so went through drive through. First the touch screen order yourself is a pain unless you know exactly what you're ordering. Then the add in stuff. I tried to figure out what the RDA was with no success. So it has a picture of veggies so figured what the heck. So pull up and ask the girl what the RDA was and she had no clue! She said I just know it is something for your mind. Okay??? So give her my card and she said we already gave you the drink right? Um no! So another girl gives me my drink and looks at me puzzled and asks if I paid. They were not busy. There were at least 3 girls in there so no excuse of being busy and overwhelmed. Apparently they are all just clueless about products in the drinks and the accounting. Luckily for them I'm an honest person, but easily could get free drinks if wanted to. Well... I just looked at my receipt that was text to me to find out that I didn't even get what I ordered. 2 totally different names and different ingredients! What I ordered didn't have any sherbert in it and what I got had 2 kinds. Explains why it...
