Smokin' Zone — Local services in Lower Macungie Township

I have been going to smokin zone for many years and I still go there to this day. Neil is absolutely amazing and love dealing with him. Neil always goes out of his way to help me and he's very pleasant. He's not just a store clerk/owner to me, but now a friend. Prices are the best there and customer service is just unbeatable! Smokin zone is also the only store that carries Green Smoke products. Which imho is the best e-cig/vape product on the market. Never had a problem until today 4/11/2024. The older owner made a mistake with the lottery tickets, I didn’t take it to heart, it was an honest mistake. But he got frustrated and rude and still tried to charge me for the tickets I didn’t ask for. Then didn’t try to correct the issue, he told me to use the lottery machine and walked away from me saying” he lost money on these tickets “. I wasn’t rude to him, but I won’t be coming back.
