This place is horrible wouldn’t recommend to anyone that is going from competitor family share plan and switching to AT&T. I am a truck driver with JBS out of Souderton, I reside in Va. Everyone on my plan was having issues with they’re phones. AT&T had a much better rate. I asked on line if their would be any issues with me buying away from home and putting my wife and 2 relatives from different states on the plan they assured me there wouldn’t be any issues. Boy were they mistaken. After going into complete detail with the young (Pakistani/Indian) man, I say this cause I can’t remember his name and he used Jason on the paperwork, my purchase was made on June 11th he was by himself and I closed the store with him. He was supposed to put all my family members on the plan at the same time and he seemed to be hard at it, in between other customers and his family coming through. Now I have been working for 2 days trying to fix his mistakes. 3 hours on the phone yesterday and of course I was told it was rectified, physc let’s try again for two hours today. What he did instead of adding my family’s names and phone numbers to my plan was give these little business card size AT&T chip cards and he wrote three numbers that appeared to be phone numbers, but when I inquired about it, he said that they are codes to let the sales person know how to port my families phone numbers over after they decided what phones they wanted. He did not add my family to my account and AT&T has a rule that they can’t make any adjustments to a account until 31 days has passed from the first day of purchase. I was so heated that I was about to cancel everything, but a manager at my VA neighborhood store was able to override the issues and cure the problem. Read moreGreat service! I went in to add 2 lines to my account. While I had to wait for a rep once it was my turn I found that I received very detailed attention from John D just as he provided to the couple ahead of me. I told him I called ATT and based on the info they provided I could add the lines for xx cost, etc. I had it all mapped out. However...the info I received wasn't accurate. While I could tell John was frustrated he didn't let that drive the conversation. Before we got started he reviewed my entire account to see where I could save on my monthly bill. I didn't ask for this he just looked at the account, asked if I minded, and went to work analyzing the bill. In the end we DID find savings and even with the addition of the lines my overall bill will be less than if I had gone on-line and added the lines--- Substantially less.
The reason I am giving 5 stars is because of the followup provided by John. I feel he went out of his way to ensure I got the new phones as fast as possible. We then set up time to re-check my account after everything was added. When you add lines to your account (I now have 6 lines on my account) the confirmation statement is a bit intimidating because it seems like there's duplication of services as you move from one plan to the next. We went over it with a fine tooth comb and I left the follow up meeting feeling pretty good about the plan and feeling great about the service provided by John. In addition, we have another follow up once I get the actual bill because he alerted me to the fact that some of the final changes won't show up until the billing takes place. I appreciated his honesty since he could have just brushed that tidbit of information aside and sent me on my way. I'll definitely reach out to him if I have any...
Read moreBeware!!! GO TO A REAL AT&T STORE .... I intially thought I was having a great experience but that changed after I purchased the product. The MANAGER will try steal your money/devices at this store, the MANAGER Justin has no idea what he is doing at all and you will be met with "I don't have the power to do anything" I returned a device & cancelled (or thought I did) a plan and because he never shipped it or restocked the device, it shows as if I still have it although I have the return reciepts. Apparently this store has low sales from what I was informed over the phone, this is why the manager Justin didn't shut out the account & suspended the line instead which in turn caused continuous billing......but he took my devices!!!. I was told by customer service reps that it would look bad for the store. Bad business! Now I have to do all the footwork to clear this debt that Justin has created! I will look into some type of legal action if this can't be cleared! Imagine my suprise a 1.5 months later recieving a letter of suspension and possible collections. You have been warned! You can buy from this store but afterwards they aren't any help, what's the point since they have no power to...
