Let's start with the fact that my newest phone was purchased at the Souderton location. That being said, I happened to be passing by the Harleysville store and have been annoyed at a feature that wasn't working the way I like on my phone. So I dipped in just for some quick technical help. WOW WHAT AN AMAZING OUTCOME THANKS TO 1 YOUNG MAN "DONALD"!!! Without ever being at this location. He spent at least a good 20-30 minutes in store trying to help. Nothing seemed to work. Then he sent me a text roughly 30 minutes later telling me he figured it out! After multiple texts and a phone call later he solved my problem and afterwards he not only saved the day, but my christmas and (basically) my mental health! He went extremely above and beyond to help me. Mind you I have never been to this location before. HE KILLED IT!!! Extremely helpful, kind, welcoming... you name it and he did it #PERIOD! I am now content and I can only thank one person. DONALD FROM HARLEYSVILLE! If and when (which) will be soon will by anything for anyone it will be from Donald! 1 trillion percent! Thank you again for all of your help and I'll see you soon for my new smart watch. Once again, I only want to deal with Donald. He actually took the time with no commission and saved the day. He now has my business for life! This review is purely based on one person alone #Donald! Trust me and my other reviews. I don't lie. I will only purchase or inquire from Donald himself. My 69 Y/O mother visited the store back in August to inquire about an upgrade. Two male workers INSISTED that she upgrade to the free Galaxy phone. Stating OVER AND OVER it was a FREE phone! They even called and spoke with the store manager during the transaction, telling her about the free upgrade, a case & screen protector purchase, and an incident that occurred with a disgruntled woman who came into the store. THEY KEEP ADDING THE PHONE CHARGE TO OUR BILL EVERY MONTH! They originally where crediting our bill every month for the phone charges when we would call the 1800 number and tell them it was supposed to be free. They insisted after a couple billing cycles it would stop charging us, but now, they are giving us a problem about it. We call the 1800 #, and now they are saying we have to pay for the phone because of our plan and we need to change our plan (which is more money) for it to be free. Im sorry, what!?!? You have been crediting our account for months and now its a problem!? They say the store messed up and they had to speak to the Harleysville store manager and that the men were supposedly fired because she was not the only one this happened too! We were supposed to be receiving a call back after they spoke with the store manager but here we are another 2 weeks later we have not heard anything back and the phone charge remains on the bill yet again! Read moreI went there with my wife and friend and it was pouring outside on monday june 12 of 2023 it was alittle later around 5 maybe 5:30 but my wife is almost 9 months pregnant so i dropped her at the door and went to park and there was 2 people working a lighter gentelmen and a little bit darker gentlemen the darker gentelmen was the most unprofessional angry person ive ever seen who would be working customer service did not get his name as he was wearing a sweatshirt so no name tag but as my wife was walking in he asked her what she wanted and she told him and he proceeded to curse and say obscene language and just complain about his job and as we got inside he had a major attitude and was not slamming things i would say but there was force and it was not needed just rude and unprofessional and i wouldnt go there again not if hes working if he wants to act like that he can go work someplace else my wife did not deserve that and it was just not a good experience he was no help at all even tho when we called support we were told to go to store to get our issue resolved and of course because of him it wasent resolved and still is not so all in all t mobile should really do a quality check befor putting someone as rude as that in customer service as i said diddnt get a name because no name tag but the Harleysville pa store by the giant around 5-6 never going back there just terrible only 2 people working one nice and one...
