I don't usually leave reviews, but here it goes.
Went today for a couple rainbow wraps, love the food. ordered 2 rainbow wraps for pickup, girl says to show up in 20 minutes. I showed up in 20 minutes, place had one lady waiting for a smoothie and 2 people at a table having a conversation, thought it would be a little busier for a 20 minute wait but thats okay, it happens. They guessed that I was the person showing up for the rainbow wraps so i go to pay, girl jumps back like 5 feet while i pay, figure shes just being extra for tip money or something, then after i pay they all congregate in the back to make 2 rainbow wraps that I had expected to already be made when i arrived, all the while talking very loudly about "THATS HOW ITS MADE? WHAT?" and a bunch of laughing takes place while I'm waiting patiently for my order, and when they bring it up, the first girl puts one wrap in the bag, and the second one does a flip with mine and throws it on the counter while i am obviously standing there watching. Of course at this point I'm pissed so I mention it's rude to throw the customers food and they act offended at this statement food seems fine but obviously their behavior reflects very poorly on...
Read moreEXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. They load everything with sugar. Not a healthy place. More so a sweet dessert place. The juice is very small and $12 see picture receipt. The"Healthy Protein Bowl" bowl was loaded with sugar and $13. Don't have a picture because I was disgusted and threw it away. Waited 35 minutes for two things which was also a turn off. They gave me my juice and bowl dripping of fruit puree all over the side of the container. They told me it's messy and to get a napkin 😂. $26.50 for one person and two things. Imagine a family of 4 going there and paying over $100. Also their juices are not labeled the kind of juice it is on the bottle🙄.
The positives: Took a nice selfie at the ivy wall. Very clean, family friendly, and places to sit. They even had toys for the kids.
They need to lower their prices. They need to cut down the delivery times to get food out. The owner needs to be there or have somebody clearly in charge. The way this business is running, I give them 2 years max. Hope that's not the case. They need to get smart and quick.
I may give it another try because the concept is golden. Or maybe I'll open one up...
Read moreI was soooo excited when this place opened. Finally a juice bar and healthy alternative in the area. I was warned by others though about the cost, before I ever went.
Stopped in one morning before work right after they opened. The staff was lovely, the place was clean and inviting. I ordered a juice and paid. To my surprise my juice cost $12.72. I should have looked at the cost before ordering (my mistake). But with that price, i expected the juice to come out in a 16 oz cup at least. Wrong. A 12oz cup of juice for almost $13.00.
Now the juice itself was amazing so I'm really disappointed i wont be able to afford eating there. I could get a full meal from Sammy's down the road for the same price.
I understand inflation is out of control, so costs go up, but this is just not realistic for our area. Maybe in Philly or King of Prussia, but not Harleysville.
I would love to see this place succeed, but until the prices come down, myself as well as a few others i spoke with, will not...
