We custom ordered a leather chair . When it was delivered it was crooked . The rep came out and picked it up , said they had to order new arms . After a couple weeks no news on repairs we picked up the chair because we needed it . The arms could be updated when they come in . They never called back never replaced the arms . Upon closer examination my husband found out that the chair had been assembled improperly and fixed it himself . This was not a cheap chair . We dealt locally trying to support local business . It’s been 6 months they still never called about the arms for the chair . My 2k chair purchase obviously meant nothing to them . I ordered two sofas. We were told 6 weeks and it took twelve. This was not Hegg’s fault, it was the manufacturer. Jennifer, my sales rep, was wonderful.
