Atwoods — Local services in Lufkin

Already disappointed with the Lufkin Atwoods employees. I bought 3 shirts during the grand opening sale and the sizes came out wrong. I went to exchange the shirts for the correct size and 2 employees told me they cannot do an even exchange and I would have to pay full price. So I told them to return it all. And they asked a manager passing by if they can do the even exchange and they told them yes, so I decided to get the 2 out of 3 shirts that were available. Then I noticed my refund was incorrect and they tell me it’s because it paid for the other 2 shirts as in I did not get the even exchange after all even though they got confirmation. So they still charged me full price for the 2 shirts when I specifically said to return all 3 for being full price if I was not getting an even exchange. Also, they did not give me a receipt for the exchange and kept my original receipt. Not happy with...

If you are coming to purchase something that is in the ad, make sure you are ok with them being out before you make the drive I came in from Huntsville, and 4 of the things I came for were out of stock.

I asked for rain checks, and was told they don't do that. I don't know if this is just store policy, or if Attwoods has stopped doing them. Earlier this year, I drove to the store in Nac to get some stuff that was in the ad, and the stuff they were out of, they either gave me a rain check or subbed out the item with one level up.

If this is Attwoods new corporate policy, I don't really have much reason to come back

Update: I called the store in Nac, they said "Sure, we do rain checks". Drove t o Nac, they had 3 of the 4 things Lufkin was out of and gave me a rain check for the fourth. They printed it off the register so I know it's in the computer to write...

Decided to check out store today for the first time and just from today I will not go back again. Upon entering the store I noticed some racks that had some shirts on sale and I sent my son in to inquire about the price of said shirt to which he was the price was listed on shirt. We proceeded into store and made our way to some more racks that had clothing on sale for 50% off and once again I sent my son to check the price and again he was the gold the price was reflected though there were 2 stickers on this particular shirt. I have never encountered a store that when items are on sale not say that prices reflect the sale. Not one of the racks that I seen said anything of the sorts. What could of easily been at least a few hundred bucks of merchandise bought...
