My husband and father-in-law's suit fitting in Cincinnati went wonderful. When it was time for pick up at this location, we were greeted at the door by a tall Italian man who was talking with another customer. He said, "Hello, feel free to look around and I'll be with you in a moment." We said "okay" and continued standing by the door as we were only here for the suit. He continued talking to the other customer but stopped halfway through a sentence to ask us if we needed something. We began to say, "we're just picking up a suit" and he cut us off to say he will be right with us. He cut his chat short and started to help us. He kept saying things suggesting the suits wouldn't be there before even looking, even though we told him twice we had the email saying it was ready. From the beginning he acted like he couldn't trust us; once he found the suits, he was gesturing like he was going to hand my husband the suit but taking it away when he reached for it. He asked when the wedding was and when we said tomorrow, he said "why did you wait so long?" We had to explain we aren't from Cleveland and just arrived. My husband and father-in-law were so over it, they didn't want to try it on at the store and asked to leave. He made that difficult and awkward. In the end, the suits looked great but we would never come to this location again and risk having another encounter with this man. I will make sure to review the Cincinnati location for their professional...
Read moreWent in with our group the Saturday before St.Patricks day, worked with Anna at the legacy location. All I can say is I'm unimpressed and disappointed. Never received the confirmation email after our groups fittings, never received a call back after the appointment until I called in and spoke to Howard. Even after that...yep you guessed it, I had to call back again. Still couldn't get the information I was looking for. At one point during the fitting I was told that I was "overthinking" my decisions. Unfortunately, we're planning a wedding and want it to be a nice event so sometimes overthinking now...pay's off the day of the wedding. What I'm trying to say is first impressions are everything and when you have an establishment in this type of location, you need to be on your A-game. My suggestions: 1. Allow customers to overthink if need be. 2. Follow up with customers when they are trying to give you they're hard earned money. We will be using another company for our wedding tux...
Read moreI never leave negative reviews but felt compelled to leave one here. I brought in my suit pants for alterations and was told it would be 3 weeks before they were ready. I said it was ok but stressed that I really needed them done at that time because I was leaving town the following few days. I was assured it wouldnât be an issue and that it would be written in the notes. I show up at the scheduled time and I was told that theyâre not ready and wouldnât be ready for a few days. The store manager was incredibly unapologetic. She continued to say âitâs not their faultâ that their tailor quit on them and they had to find a new one. The thought of calling their customer to let em know that the pants may not be ready in time must not have crossed their mind. Nothing they could do for me other than a refund, leaving me with 2 days to get them done...
