Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Lyndhurst

I do like the store enough to shop there occasionally. The reasons for the three star rating: 1) It is always a crazy mess in there. Clothes on the floor and disorganized. I don’t think it’s because the staff members aren’t doing their jobs. I feel like it’s because the customers just don’t care nor do they feel the need to place items back where they belong if they fall off a hanger. 2) the line to check out feels like Black Friday all the time- is it understaffed? Definitely do not go here if you are expecting to get in and out. 3) some of the items are still really expensive. 4) I feel like the place is either very under staffed OR the organization of the team members isn’t the most efficient. I was not there shopping for myself I was helping a friend and it was difficult to plus size because everything was all power together in it was hard to pull things out some things were stuck and it made it very difficult to shop I think it would have been a better shopping experience if they separated the Plus Sizes from the smaller sizes but I guess that's just too much work I've seen some items that was overpriced for it to be a discount rack it's a better selection online I would suggest that you try things on because the designers are not true to the size that you wear my friend was a 16 but she was able to fit a dress that was a size 12 so try before you buy this store seems to be geared towards the more mature woman not for the...

This stores a little disappointing, it's nice and it really does have Nordstrom apparel however the store has a picked over feel. It's possible this is just because of the covid issue and all deliveries and department stores are slow. In my opinion, high end real deals can be found at all 5th at Aurora farms.

Update: now this is awesome, the manager of a national chain took the time to respond to a lowly Google review. If you don't know, Nordstrom is famous for customer service.
