White House Black Market — Local services in Lyndhurst

Went here on 3/25, looking for black slacks and a dress. Brittany (or maybe Bethany) was so helpful in helping me find my size and get a fitting room. I also asked about a blue and green floral dress that I had seen online. She said it was online only but they happened to have one that had been returned. She got it for me and I tried it on and it worked! She was very kind and friendly. I was hesitant to try it on originally as it wasn't the typical size I wear but she was so tactful in saying that if I tried it on, she could then suggest the size that would work. If it wasn't for her tact and kindness, I would not have tried it on. Thank you very much!

Such a humiliating experience. A dress in the window caught my eye and so I went in to look for it. As I was looking around, I saw one of their employees staring at me, watching me as I moved through the store. I could just tell from her expression that she thought I was gonna steal something. Great store and even better employees. The workers always ask if you need help or a dressing room and are super personable. The after Christmas sale was 50% off already marked down prices.
