Soma — Local services in Lyndhurst

Will never go back. Will never purchase Soma products again either, due to horrible (not made right) customer service. I Purchased 4 bras after being fitted by a representative and informed about Somas risk free bra guarantee- they were BOGO 50% off, so I bought more, based on my level of comfort of them when trying them in store and an assumption I would still love them wearing them throughout my daily life...and if not, I could return them within 60 days! I tried them and “wore them, washed them...hated them” and came back in 2 weeks to return. Was told they could not be returned and this guarantee was only for full price bras. I bought more bras that day based on this “risk free trial” concept the sales associate told me about. However, her statement was baseless in facts, she did not bother mentioning this could never apply since they were not full price. Pushing a sale on someone based on lies is a POOR way to conduct business. Customer service said they could give me a discount on a new bra, which once again, would fall under the same...

I returned to Soma because my experience in Beachwood Place was the best ever and the longest lasting bra I ever had and the most comfortable. I liked it because I was fitted. So I went to the new location in Legacy Village to buy a new one. Well the 1st one I liked I had to return within one week because it was so uncomfortable. I was fitted for second bra as an exchange. Worst experience with this bra. I can't believe that I paid $68.00 for one bra and actually spending my time writing about it. When I was shown five colors, tried on the beige on the first one then told they had no beige in stock. They put it on reserve at another store and had to have a friend drive there to pick it up. Now this. I don't know if the quality is less or if the employee really did not know how to fit someone for a bra. I believe that if I tried on and purchased the two that were "recommended by fitting" and both turned out extremely uncomfortable it...

Amazing staff! The ladies there made my feel welcomed, comfortable and heard. They listened to all of my comments and helped me find the very best fit and size. Sophia specifically spent a long time with me helping sort through and try on different options. She never rushed me and always made me feel beautiful and confident and reassured. I came close to closing and never felt rushed at all. She stayed late to gift wrap pajamas for me and had the best attitude about it. This was truly an amazing experience, something I do not ever say about bra shopping. This was the absolutely best customer service I have ever had at a retail...
