Never once written a review about a store but my experience was beyond weird. I spent A LOT of money in there and the customer service was just so so strange. Then older woman I think is on drugs....I canāt stop thinking about it...
I spent over $700 so I qualified for a gift with purchase, but she needed to ship it to me bc they didnāt have any in stock (totally fine). I asked how long it would be until I would get my gift and she said 2 YEARS!! She also grabbed my receipt after I told her the total price. What...strange.
Sheās was very jittery and awkward.
Right before I left she approached me to look at my necklace. Itās a long basic chain with circle pendant. Thereās nothing to look at and she again was practically shaking and stuttering.
THEN after that she said āthatās your purseā referring to my GiGi monogrammed clutch. Like what? Yeah of course it is....
The whole thing looking back was soooo weird and wish I had just waited to spend my $700 at the Lilly store down the street from me. I prob just funded her...

My mother and I visited and were not greeted and were told "fitting rooms are over there" after picking up an item from the sale rack.
After that interaction, we continued to not have anyone help us, even after my mother selected several items. Meantime, other customers received the loudest welcome I've ever heard.
We did not spend a dime and are going to order our items from another store that treats its customers right.
P.S. If a customer leaves an item in the fitting room after they tried on, they generally don't want it. Don't ask if they can put it away. I left it there...
