Talbots — Local services in Lyndhurst

Bought a couple of items at the store in Beachwood, Ohio. When I went to check out, the cashier asked me for my phone number, etc. I did not want to share my personal information… I asked her if I needed to return the items, what is the return policy. She indicated I needed to have my receipt.🧾

Fast forward to today… I returned the items because of the style, but this cashier I encountered today…Jennifer, would not allow me to return the product, even though I had the receipt, unless I acquiesced to giving her all my personal details… She stated she would not return the items, would not take the order back unless I provided her with my information all of my contact information ℹ️ etc Talbots, there is no reason for you to have my data if I do-not want to provide it!

I have the original receipt and my original card I used to pay for the items. I’m there to shop locally as opposed to shopping online. I like to support our local brick and mortar stores!!! There is No reason to strong arm me in order to do a return!
