Michael Kors — Local services in Lynnwood

Michael Kors makes and sells items (handbags, shoes, clothing, jewelry, etc) it terms "aspirational luxury" - excellent and desirable products that are NOT mass market due to their high (but not extortionate) prices. You will find many comments about how Michael Kors' designs have jumped the shark, and often I find items to be... incredible. But I am always able to find something gorgeous - classic lines, unusual colors - for my wife.

But THIS store also has the intangible factor, its manager, Adrienne Heuser. Adrienne somehow has been able to find and hire, and train, the best of the best. You do not enter this store to an inane, "Can I help you?" that you hear at every other store. This store's employees guide you with exclamations of delight re the new season's items, and how they might accessorize your prior purchases. "And have you seen this item?" Yes, they remember you, which makes you want to buy something, return, and then buy something again. Not sure how Adrienne does it, but she does. For that matter, not sure how long Michael Kors corporate will keep Adrienne in this store when she obviously has a bright future at the executive level.

In other words, if you are in the market for a Michael Kors this or that, it is worth the drive to shop...

I had the pleasure of experiencing sheer customer obsession from the sales associate, Adrienne! Firstly, Adrienne introduced me to all the incredible Black Friday sale items, ensuring I received the absolute best deal. What truly stood out, though, was their unwavering commitment to making my shopping experience exceptional. I had been searching for a Michael Kors Hudson logo backpack for my husband, and luckily, there was a sale going on. Although the bag was not available in their store, Adrienne went the extra mile to assist me. They reached out to every Michael Kors store across the country until they located the bag I desired at a store in Miami. The very next day, Adrienne reached out to inform me that they could arrange for the bag to be shipped to my location, and I could make a secure payment online. This level of dedication and determination was truly above and beyond what I expected. Thank you, Adrienne, for making this shopping experience truly...

This place deserves - stars. I ordered a watch from them over the phone on Dec 19th. The sales associate used my credit card to purchase a gift card to buy the item and never told me PROBLEM 1, she told me I wasn't allowed to pay for 2 day shipping if I wasn't buying this as a gift so close to christmas PROBLEM 2, I called to cancel SAME DAY for her bad attitude and they told me at the corporate office that I couldn't. It is now Jan 5th and I have not received the item or a refund. Adrian told me she would handle it and dints, second manager told me she would handle it and didn't, Jaime the 3rd manager told me she would handle it and didn't. This store is disgusting and I have now had to get a lawyer involved as well as a new crew and BBB.... Not one person working for Michael Kors was interested in getting my money back to me. FYI shop ANYWHERE else, at high price points they should be trying to keep a customer... my shopping feeds...
