This is the coolest, nicest dentist I have ever been to. I had the best experience at a dental office, EVER. It was clean, quick, professional. The receptionist was amazingly kind, sweet, and explained everything to me very clearly. Dr. Daining was so nice, very professional and very knowledgable. Besides that, he's just a great guy. He explained everything really well, which really helped me to relax. When I asked if he would be willing to send my x-rays to another dentist (I needed a dentist that could accept my insurance) he was happy to do it, and he even seemed really shocked that my last dentist wouldn't do it, at least not without hitting me with a fee. This office would never hit you with random unreasonable fee's.. This office is awesome. Plus. His beautiful wife is the hygenist! And I had a great time chatting with her. I think it is just so sweet that they work together everyday, and they seem like they are still so in love. Wow. And on top of everything else, when I was there they were both preparing to go on a missions trip together, to give free dental help to people in impoverished countries! How amazing is that? It only took one visit to Crosspoint Dental for me to make this place my new dentist home! On my initial visit Dr. Daining’s staff was very flexible in scheduling my appointment so I could come after work and still be seen! Also on that first visit I found that I needed x-rays of my mouth in addition to my regular cleaning. Dr. Daining and his assistant willingly worked past their closing time which saved me from having to make another visit. Most importantly each member of their staff including the front desk gave me the warmest welcome as a newcomer and greeted me with a smile! I used to fear seeing the dentist just because I can be sensitive to someone operating on my teeth, but now I look forward in anticipation to my next visit at Crosspoint Dental! The only regret I have is having to wait six months between visits because of how AMAZING each person in that clinic is! If you are looking for a new dentist I HIGHLY recommend this place! I recently moved from California to Washington. I was having some pain and sensitivity in a few teeth. One night after eating ice cream I couldnt stand the pain any more, I found CrossPoint online and they got me in the next morning! Not only was the service quick - Dr. Daining is SUPER easy going and knowledgeable. One thing that drives me nuts is a dentist who makes you feel guilty for not spending 30 min a day doing pointless oral hygiene things. Dr D doesnt make you feel this way. Few key things to know: The office at the BACK building in the parking lot They give you sun glasses (Dr D always calls 'em shades) so that you dont get blinded by their lights while working The office is updated, nice TVs, etc They do text updates if you give them your cell # SUPER friendly staff Practical care (ie, not doing things just to bill your HMO)

My only con: they have a 24 hr cancellation policy - think they charge you for not missing an appt if not giving notice 24 hrs in advance. We live in a world of constant change so larger window of cancellation...
