I've been using this store over 15 years. I used love this store because workers are nice and friendly. However, yesterday, I was very upset about one employee's behavior. I visited with my son and my son was looking for a toy. And one employee (her name was either Katherine B or Kristin B something) approached to my son and shook her head with very scary face while I was a bit distance from my son watching him and let him choose a toy. It looks like she got so much mad at my son. She was cleaning toys around my son and it looks like almost she throwing them to the rack. It seems she warns us not touching anything. I always buy kids' stuff from Marshall's which means my kids are their customers. And without browsing toys, it is hard to decide what they like. Also, when my kids mass it up, I always clean up before I leave. It was not first time she got mad. Last time, I visit that store, I saw her mad face and did same things like make noisy sound for throwing toys while restocking and it made me so much uncomfortable to browse stuff. So, I stoped visiting there for a while. I am really curious if she is also mad at adults who try clothings and shoes. I think, Katherine or Kristin whatever, she...
Read moreThis breaks my heart to write this review because I love this store but after tonight, I will no longer shop here. I was just at the lynnwood Marshall’s with my family on around 8pm, while shopping on the back aisle of shoes. An older female employee wearing blue sweat pants and blue rubber gloves, lifted up my shopping cart which had my sleeping 3 year old inside, she made no comment or indication that she needed to pass by or even an excuse me,(and there was plenty of space between us as the cart was several feet away) and she didn’t push the cart but lifted it up and moved it with my son to the other side… didn’t say a word to me and continued stocking shoes…. I’ve worked retail before and I understand sometimes people are in “your way” but never in a million years would I move someone’s cart with their child in it in that manner, or at least not even say excuse me….. I spoke to the manager but I doubt anything will come of it….. she didn’t call the employee over to try and resolve anything afterwards either. I’ve been a Marshall’s customer for years but because of this disrespect I will no...

Manager Suci was completely out of line. When I calmly answered her question, she immediately pulled the race card and said, “I was going to help you, but you said that,” as if I was being rude — when I absolutely wasn’t. That response was uncalled for and felt like an attempt to flip the situation instead of owning up to poor customer service.
On top of that, all the employees were standing around in a group near the entrance, speaking another language, holding hangers in their hands, and not one of them acknowledged customers walking in. The lack of professionalism across the board was shocking.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your management and training. Something needs to...
