I bought a Rolling Mill from Seattle Findings in March. I was excited as I had received some money as a retirement gift. When I got to Seattle, ( I live in Victoria, British Columbia) it was a bit late in the day so I phoned the store and Leah said she would stay 15 minutes till I got there. I appreciated that. When I got there, I quickly picked up my goods (over $500 worth of tools) and left so Leah could get home. The Rolling Mill was not in its original box but I trusted it was ok. When I got home and opened the box, I saw that it was damaged like it had been dropped heavily or banged. I took a picture of it, and when I returned to Seattle a couple of weeks later, this time by the Clipper so I couldn't carry it, I went to the store and told Leah. I showed her the picture and she denied that it had been damaged, or acted like she didn't know it was damaged. I said I would like to return it, and she said I had only 3 weeks to return things, and already 2 weeks had gone by. I live out of country, so returning it is not simple. I said I would like to replace it for another one, and she said that the store didn't have any more, and that it would take months to get another, if the store would even take it back. I paid full price for the Mill, and got a damaged item, for which the store would take no responsibility. I am very disappointed and would like some restitution. I would give ZERO stars if I could. Dealing with this company has been absolutely horrendous. Do NOT order supplies from this company. You can find many of the items online for far cheaper.

I made the mistake of ordering from this company and got cheap made in china tools. That wasn't what sent me over the edge to give such a poor review. What sent me over the edge is that I paid for two day shipping on Thursday evening. I did not receive my package until late Tuesday evening. I paid for it to be here on my birthday and it wasn't.

Going through the return process was horrible. The woman I spoke to blamed me for the package not arriving on time. I work in a shipping department this is ridiculous.

So I want to return my item and low and behold I have to pay for shipping the return, and wait 3 weeks to get my refund. This is absolute garbage as is...

Told me I am a fraud. Since when is shipping to a different address from billing an issue? I cant be bothered to try to order a foredom a 3rd time, especially since they keep charging my card and then refusing to send the item. Youre robbing me, but Im the fraud? Are you serious. I need my refund.

Forget ordering again with paypal. Foredom tried to sell my identity to a 3rd party. Im not jumping through more hoops with their distributor.

Instead Im going to make beautiful things with the blatant chinese knock off and save for the japanese nsk which I will order elsewhere. Been wanting a foredom for a good 15 years and would never have heard of the nsk except this company and foredom treated me like dirt and drove me away. Forget it. So much for proud ownership of an american made product.
