I stopped in here two weeks ago with my fiancée on a suggestion from my brother. We had been looking for a new bed to put into our new home and shopped around for a bit at some of the other brands. When we came into the showroom it was a much different experience than everywhere else we went. It had the Purple theme going on and everything was laid out impeccably. Vince helped us out and answered all of our questions about which mattress would be best for us. I had done some homework and knew we were going to get the Hybrid Premier, but we weren't sure which one since my fiancée and I have different sleeping styles. Being able to see the different pillows, the sheets, everything that would come with the bed was a massive benefit for us as well. We had some discussing to do and had to time it right for the delivery to not be too soon for the house. Vince gave us his card and let us know to call him whenever we were ready. We didn't feel rushed at all throughout the whole process. Just two days ago we called him back and placed an order for a Hybrid Premier 3, 2 Harmony Pillows, a mattress protector, the softstretch sheers(which felt amazing in the store), and a Purple Foundation. UPDATE: After recieveing my mattress and base I'm changing my review to a one star. I received a base that does not work at all. Purple has deflected the issue and referred me to ergomotion, the manufacturer. While I understand purple doesn't make the base the fact that I spent a thousand dollars on a base that doesn't work and purple won't correct the issue is incredibly frustrating. And guess what? They don't take returns on bases. So I spent a grand for the same base they sell for a couple hundred bucks. The customer service through purple is not up to par with the amount they charge for their products.

Read moreThe staff at this showroom are amazing! They don't make commission, so you don't feel like you have to plan your escape route as soon as you enter. They are patient and knowledgeable, and they don't hover.
We had a great experience with Jessie, and decided to get a Premier 4. It was such a comfortable bed, that I just lay there for about an hour with no one trying to get me to buy something or leave. I have systematic nerve inflammation and I never sleep more than 2 hours at a time in 1 position due to hip and pelvic pain. I usually can't even lie still on a bed for more than 5 minutes. Like I said, I laid on the bed for over an hour with no pain!
