The customer service here was so bad, I don’t even have the words. I walked in to the associate and another woman (not sure if she was also an associate) having a conversation in the corner. I was looking for a particular item and when I asked the associate about it, she started smirking, looking like she was going to laugh at me, like I was stupid because I was asking about curvy fit jeans, which I wanted to try on. She finally composed herself and told me they’re only available online. Was that so hard to say to begin with? Why was that funny? I wasn’t entirely sure she was sober by her behavior and response to my question. Fortunately she went right back to her very important corner conversation and left us alone to look. I found a few items I loved, went home and ordered them online because this rude little lady didn’t deserve my money adding to her sales goal. This WHBM store could benefit from some additional training in sales and customer service and possibly the replacement of employees who don’t have the best interest of the...

Came here for their semi annual sale and was helped by one of their associates. She processed my online return but also helped me find a piece I had been looking for online but unable to find - found it in this store. We also ordered two pieces to ship home to me as it’s a bit of a drive for me to come to the store locally (about 2 hours north).

Friendly, helpful, and even provided me a wet wipe for my feet when I was trying clothes on since I was wearing sandals and had to walk bare foot on their floors while trying on clothes.

Would return again and they have a good selection of current seasonal items...

Love the clothes but the alderwood store staff barely greet you and are basically rude. First time in chalked it up to many she is having a bad day. But 2nd time realized ... nope just not customer service based.

Almost felt like pretty woman where she thought we didn't rate high enough to acknowledge.

Was just in the Chicago store and they were amazingly helpful...
