Zero stars. I paid for a sweater at the counter, but when I got home, it was not the sweater I was trying to buy. Staff switched it for a different one, not as nice, but really similar. Switched for a sweater they had a ton of, but that was not something I would buy. Completely upset, as the one I wanted was the last one and on clearance, with a no return policy. So when I ended up with the sweater they needed to move, I was stuck with it. I went to store within their hours and the store wasn’t open, so I basically have gone twice for nothing, and have emailed the owner, who has ignored me. When I finally got into the store to see if they would allow an exchange, was told “something is wrong with you; it was only $20”, as if I should just accept that I just got jacked for $20.. I am sad this is the situation and feel deceived by the staff trying to get rid of the ugly sweater that wasn’t selling, using the nice one as bait. I remember she tucked up all tightly so I wouldn’t notice it was not the same sweater I was buying and now I am stuck with it Staff is shady and deceitful....

My daughter and I visited this store a couple of months ago and just loved it! I wanted to let the owner know what an amazing experience we had there. The sales lady running the boutique was superb and more than helpful with our needs. The clothes in the store are made of quality materials. We ended up buying many items and love wearing them. Get many compliments from people. Highly recommend...
