My wife and I went during our honeymoon and had a blast in the pirate cove and fort escape and STEM rooms.
After so much fun we decided to pay $60 for their new Zombie escape (total paid at this place was over $200 at this point)
However we were not let known there was actually going to be a actually person in the room that can "tag"you until we were about to go in.
My wife went into a panic attack within 5 minutes and after finally calming her down a buzzer went off and the "zombie" came closer.
After 10 minutes in the room with no progress made I walked her outside back through the entrance where the cashier looked at us confused. I explained she was sent into a panic attack and was unable to go any further. He just said "Oh" and that was it.
If my wife had the same medical condition as myself she may have passed out and stopped breathing. There was NO DISCLAIMER about what was going to happen.
They need to explain better about what's going to be going to happen. With every other room there was a good introduction and plotline, but with this last one they just throw you inside and say "if the zombie gets your wrist your out"
So now I'm out 60 dollars, have a freaked out wife who can't sleep and a sour ending to what was such a great time at this establishment.
After our first room we were going to go online and give this place a 5 stars but the ending of the night caused the...
Read moreI wish I had read a review before agreeing to give them any money, because my group was told that a key had been stolen. The review I read later, mentioning the lost key, was from months ago. These people can't go get a new key for the lock?
The final combination lock had three digits, but we were told to use four numbers. The third and fourth number were combined in a clue that we didn't ask for, and we were told that we weren't supposed to add the final two numbers. When I tried to explain how the term 'and' is used mathematically, I only received blank stares from two employees.
For the employees... it doesn't matter how many times you say that other people were able to solve the clue in time, you need to listen when a customer has a valid concern about phrasing. Clues are everything in a room escape game. I wasn't trying to get my money back, I was trying to help you make your game better. Derisive stares and refusing to listen are not going to get you repeat business. It's a shame, too. I really wanted to try that...

⢠Decent escape room experience ⢠Fair price ⢠Terrible experience with front desk employee (reason rating isn't higher) ⢠website is not user-friendly ⢠Would probably book again
As an avid escape room do-er, I can honestly say that the room we did was pretty decent, a good challenge, and quite fun! The price is fair and everything was in decent repair. The game master was attentive and helpful.
When I'm booking activities for my family and friends I want to make sure that it's going to be fun, worth the money, etc. While the website doesn't list all of the rooms and doesn't provide adequate info about difficulty, escape rate, etc. i didn't think it was really a problem until the front desk employee seemed bothered to answer my questions. It was a little off putting.
It wasnât not disclosed to me that there was an option to book a private game and/or that it wasnât a private game⌠but it ended up fine.
Overall i would have given 5 stars to this experience if the front desk employee didnât make the experience...
