Having just departed Pandora after spotting it last night while walking from the Hook restaurant, and following a rather unpleasant breakfast at Toast A Go-Go, I was looking forward to purchasing a special item to celebrate my husband and my 10th anniversary, which was on August 8th, 2025. We have been enjoying a wonderful time in St. Ignace and on Mackinac Island, where we were married ten years ago, and we were concluding our trip in Mackinaw City on August 11th, 2025. Upon entering the store with our family of five, we were not greeted, and the staff member did not acknowledge us. While she was assisting two other customers, I was browsing the charms for my two bracelets, specifically looking for a heart and an infinity symbol. The staff member did not look our way. Feeling disregarded, I suggested to my family that we leave, as we did not need to spend our money there. She finally looked up, but still offered no customer service. I then mentioned that she could have at least spoken to us. She then explained that she was finishing something, but I have extensive experience in customer service, where my customers were always pleased. What could be the reason for that? I made a point of speaking to each and every one of them. Even when I was assisting someone else, if you happened to walk through the door, I would look up and offer a greeting. I am no longer inclined to frequent establishments with subpar service. I would rather wait until I return home or place an order online.... My jewelry collection is comprised of 50% Pandora pieces, including two thumb rings and two bracelets. One bracelet is fully adorned. It would have been desirable to incorporate a charm commemorating our week-long celebration in the area. I am unable to provide a positive rating. I wish I could give ZERO...

Very upset, Me and a friend went there so I could get my mom a gift for her birthday. We are younger but still respectable when going into a place like this. Soon as we walk in the lady working gave us a dirty look. She treated us like we were immature kids who were there to break and steal things. When she waited on us she acted like she was doing us a favor. After I had purchased the charm she made a snoody comment to us as we leaving tone and all. NEVER EVER COMING HERE AGAIN. I will tell everyone I know not to go here until I get an apology or more. The thing is she didn't even change her attitude even though I treated her with upmost respect. UNACCEPTABLE!! This is a Pandora, or perhaps, an authorized retailer! I wish it was labeled as such on the map so it'd be easier to locate. I was lucky enough to pass by it and stop by, otherwise would have never known. They had Michigan and Mackinaw City charms as well, which they can ship to you as well. These are charms that most Pandora stores have retired, so I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area and would like a memorable charm...
