Dear Nik DJokic Myself and wissam we never lie to no one our coustemers know us better then that because we always treat everyone like a family that’s something we all know it and our loyal coustemers know it too and we are soo thankful for there trust on us and we will never turn them down on gods willing And about your experience with us let me make couple thinks clear You have posted a while a go phones for sale online and we asked you to stop by becuse we were interested on them you had posted unlock phones for sale and when you visit me at the store and I checked the phones I found out the phones were all locked to their careers which is that’s different then what you posted that’s one And second I did check the IMEI on couple of the phones you brought to me and I found out that’s these phones were in black list just to make it clear to you in here black List means that’s the phones are STOLEN or been claimed to the insurance company we’re lost which is no one will be interested to buy stolen phones and sell them again that’s not possible at all and that was the reason for us to turn you back and not buy them from you and one more think I will say something to you from my experience becuse we have been in business for more then 15 years that’s not every coustemer who will walk on our store or any store in the world will buy or fix for sure no and same thing with us not just becuse we said we are interested that’s mean we have to buy the product we do check the devices and make sure everything is clear then will take it from there and we are sorry that’s your devices didn’t pass our check points which that was the reason for me to turn you back And at end we wish you the best of luck from our honest Experimax Macomb team and god bless you...

Expertise in fixing laptop, I have an HP envy that the display has been broken for over two years now to where I wasnt able to close my laptop at ALL unless more shattering would occur within my display and the outside corners splitting apart causing more damage to the display! Searching upon searching these last two years with no prevail leaving me to keep my laptop fully open without closing it for two years! I decided to take another chance at getting it fix and found this amazing company (Experimax) the guy is absolutely awesome his knowledge of pcs is unmatched to any other retailer I've been too, fast service the repairs was intentionally suppose to take an day but he got it done less than 5 hours I'm so grateful for this company and I recommend it to anyone whose been turn down else where for your laptop that they are unable to fix it, have no fears for this place will...

This place is AMAZING!!!! Due to limited availability and reservations at the Apple Store I had to find another place to fix my MacBook Air. I was informed by Apple that the issues I was experiencing with my laptop was because of my battery. The battery was replaced but it did not solve the issue with my laptop. The gentleman that worked on my laptop kept it an additional day and did a proper diagnosis which showed it was in fact my charging port and not my battery. The best part is I was not charged the difference for the port repair since I already paid for the battery. I am so fortunate to have come across Experimax. I definitely recommend!
