Kohl's — Local services in Madison

I recently went to the store in Madison, Indiana, with my husband. It was Saturday, March 2. While we were shopping we noticed how dirty and messy the store was. Went to a fitting it hadn't been swept or wiped down at all. There were carts of merchandise just sitting with no one around to work on them. The store looked as though it had not been swept or anything for some time. The restrooms were filthy, and the floor needed to be mopped. No one on floor to assist at all. This store was opened last year, right before the holidays. We had visited multiple times, but this visit was horrible. We went to check out and noticed the rugs were absolutely filthy. There were 4 associates standing up front and my husband asked if they had a cleaning crew. They said yes. My husband asked why is store so filthy, and they just stared at us. I thought it would be nice to not have to drive so far, but this store is sad and no one cares. It wasn't because of busy all day because we were there a little after 11. I don't see this store surviving if your associates don't care enough to keep it clean or stock it. I wish I had taken photos, but I didn't and I only hope something can be done. Not even open 6 months and the customer service is horrid. Prices didn't ring up what was on the table sign. Asked the girl at the counter and, after rolling her eyes.. literally.., she scanned it with her phone to tell me the same price the register said.
