Did a nice job on the tune up of my board but def feel like I got played on heat molding my snowboard boot liners. Probably my fault for not looking into the pricing more and I know you can just do it at home but kind of just wanted it done and by someone who knew what they were doing. Asked how much it was and one of the dudes said 80 and I was shocked, guy who helped my out said no shouldn't be that much and went to ask someone in the back came back out and told me 40. Still seemed a little high to me but whatever only really hit home when I went to main lodge to find out they only charge 10 and that the guy probably did it wrong..

Didn't hear it at the time but my friend also pointed out that guy that helped me out was saying he hardly works here. The pricing thing almost felt like they were just making up numbers and were doing some scam of like 40 is way better than 80! Also to add to it all guy stuck a rubber pad on my sock to compress the heat molding and was surprised when it almost wouldn't come off. :/ idk whole thing left me with a bad vibe, cannot recommend. I’d bought some ski boots online and was about to return them as they were really uncomfy. But I came in at 8am to P3 and luckily Keith was able to dedicate a full hour of his time to heat moulding, shaping and advising me on my boots and set up.

His knowledge of feet and skit boots was forensic in detail, he knew exactly what he was doing. We got my boots to a pretty good spot and he advised taking them out for the day and then coming back to see him later with notes. In the meantime, his guy had already resized my bindings and given my skis a wax!

Over the course of the day, the boots became more and more comfortable, plus with the freshly waxed skis it was the most fun I’ve had on the mountain in years.

If you’re in the market for new gear, this is the best spot. Keith is the best. Went in with my wife and saw they had all their products marked down lower than anywhere I had shopped, including online. I got the pair of Elan Playmakers I was looking for and wifey found her Black Crows Atris Birdies. Keith took time explaining different binding setups and we got them mounted and back for pick up later that evening so we could ride them the next day. Along with that, got to meet local legend Chris Benchetler (if you don’t know this dude look him and his art work up and his custom Atomic Bent skis)who was picking up his recently tuned gear that evening too.
