Mammoth Creek Condominiums — Local services in Mammoth Lakes

Rented Unit 31 which has a great location and beautiful views. Condo is a bit dated but cute and functional overall. Complex has nice facilities with 2 jacuzzis, tennis court’ and saunas. This unit had minor issues with some appliances not fully functional. Had firewood but no kindling and the newspaper in the bucket was wet due to a snow dusting night before. So, had to buy ( I normally collect it but snow prevented that) my own kindling at store. All this would lead me to rate it a average of 3 but here’s the problem; rodent infestation. I saw the trap behind the couch early on which brought concern. 2 days later I woke up to find 2 mice in the trap, both were still alive and had found a way to move themselves and the trap to the front of the couch. I have been staying at this Mammoth Creek condos off and on for 20 years, always nice stays. This stay was a wreck! Thank God I found the mice before my wife woke up and took care...

Clean, well kept, comfortable, quiet and in very good condition. The facility has good amenities, tennis court, swimming pool and self service laundry. The grounds and landscape are well taken care of almost daily by someone. A creek that runs behind the units is a bonus, it’s peaceful to walk to and see and hear the water running. The condo’s are in a very good and convenient location with some places to eat, shop, Vons market and public transportation a short walk to on Old Mammoth Rd. Open the windows or sit outside in the patio for a nice breeze, a beautiful view of the mountains, trees and the light sound of the water running in the creek and it’s a nice...
