A group of us stayed at Snow Creek #566 for 2 nights 0n March 10-12th. I Had called GMR a couple of weeks prior to our trip, and talked to one of their CSR. I told him what I needed: I specifically told him we had people that wanted their own full bathrooms. ||3 bedroom, 3 bath||Jacuzzi||Fireplace||Able to sleep 2 couples, and 2 singles with individual rooms.||We stated we needed 3 full bathrooms due to some of the people coming, didn't know each other and it would be uncomfortable.||||I checked in on Friday, March 10th and went to the property. It was very hard to find due to the numbers on the building being hidden by the snow. When I walked into the property we immediately notice there were not 3 bathrooms. The property only had 2.5 bathrooms. I went back to the rental office as this was false advertising, and we wanted this to be rectified due to having guests arrive that were expected a 3 bathroom condo. I was told the inventory was low, and there wasn't another unit available. A man at the front desk, told us he would talk to the manager to see if they can anything for us since this was advertised as a 3 bath and it was not. We still have not heard from him. ||||I went back to the condo and over the next 2 days, found the additional concerns with the property:||Jacuzzi was not working, had been under construction for months. This is a deal breaker and unacceptable for you to not let a renter know its not working in advances specially when you're there on a ski trip.||Fireplace wasn't working. ||No extra trash bags, we ended up using very small bathroom size trash bags we found in one of the bathrooms. ||Dishes in cabinets - many were greasy, and still had food caked on them||Coffee pot had not been washed, and the top of the coffee maker had grease on it||Walls in kitchen had splatter on them, and liquid that had dripped then dried hadn't been wiped down||||Couch - potato chip crumbs between cushions||Hair balled up against bathroom wall and floors grimey||Carpet stained and looked very dirty (perhaps a professional cleaning would do the trick?)||Found a marijuana pipe in the house||||||In the kitchen, we were not provided any of the following (which every rental company, always provides)||Clean, unused sponge - we had to use whatever we found under the cabinet (gross)||Dish towels, to dry dishes||Hot pad holders - had nothing to use to take pans out of oven||||||Overall this house was Dirty, and honestly I was grossed out to walk on the carpet and floors without my shoes. I have to echo the concerns of an early reviewer about the service that GMR uses to clean these homes.|| Once again the place we chose had been advertised by them as 3 bedroom 3 bathroom, but it is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom, this is misleading. ||I contacted GMR multiple times attempting to file a formal complaint but they don't care. They will tell you that they will get back to you, but you never hear...

After reading through other reviews I now realize I'm not the first person to get ripped off by these people. Here's the story. We booked a condo through a third party for four nights. The best day we realized we needed to shorten our trip by one day at the tail end. We also never got a confirmation email from GMR. I emailed them asking for the confirmation of stay and to ask if we could shorten our reservation without penalty. I never got a response. I then called them to make the same 2 requests. The lady told me we could shorten our reservation by a day without a problem and hat she would send an email that afternoon. I never got it. When I showed up for our reservation I asked them if we indeed could shorten our stay and they said it was all taken care of and gave us access to our condo. Upon leaving (a day earlier than originally planned but supposedly changed by the company) I called the office to check if we were all set to leave and she told me yes. When we got home, we noticed that we were indeed charged in full, including the day we supposedly asked to be removed. When I called the office, the women told me she had no record of a change, any phone call, email and she could not help me. She told me to contact the third party I originally booked with as they were the ones that would have had to make the reservation change. However when I called the third party they informed that they had no access to GMR system and they never change reservations after they're made. I have since called GMR 5 more times in an effort to resolve this with their manager but somehow he is always gone and has never returned a single phone call.
