Firstly I want to say that this establishment was a lifesaver for my family. It's unassuming storefront and location made it as perfect place to eat dinner at a crowded weekend in Mammoth. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The lighting is dim in there so bring out a light of you have bad eyes like I do! Lol.
We started with the pork pot stickers which were not bad. The egg drop soup was warm not more reminiscent of chicken soup with hoisin sauce added for flavor. The low mein noodles were recommended but we're a bit greasy (not unexpected to be honest since it always is) and reminded me of the noodles from Panda Express. The spicy shrimp was decent and had some heat. The chicken with green beans was also ok. I want blown away but it was a pleasant meal in general.
I'm torn about this place. If you're looking for authentic Chinese food then this is not the place to go to. If you're looking for a place with friendly staff and some food that is tasty with a slight "Asian influence" then this is the...

The atmosphere was dead and empty, and the food was way overpriced for the terrible quality they served. The mongolian beef we ordered was sour and salty, the sweet and sour chicken was soggy, and the orange chicken was both soggy and sour. I wouldn't be surprised if these foods were just bought frozen and reheated to serve. I almost forgot about the eggdrop soup, one sip was enough to push it away. My dad thought that he was eating some kind sweet and sour soup. I think the biggest red flag that we should have noticed was the lack of asians in this "chinese resturant". I understand that cultural foods are not nationally exclusive, however when you represent a culture like this, which is a minority in this area, the least you can do is represent well for both the locals and the non-locals who come looking for familiarity. Nothing about this resturant represented the asian community, but instead fell under the same mistake of being a stereotypical...
Read moreDO NOT COME HERE! Terrible customer service and matching terrible food. Only my parents wanted to eat, like any parents they want to share their food and asked for extra plates. A woman shouted, “that’s not fair only 2 people eating!” She rudely grabbed the extra plates and stated, “not worth it for the dishwasher!!!” And she stormed off with the extra plates. The food was not edible. One of the order was beef with broccoli and snow pea: so salty and the meat was tough. I took a couple of bites only and I’m still drinking tons of water to wash off the salt as I write this review. We did order small egg drop soup for everyone. But mine didn’t come even after constant reminder.
Lesson learned, I should have read the reviews first.
The hostess who saw and heard the whole thing was so apologetic. Even as we left the place, she apologized. It was not her fault, but still not coming back. All the sodium intake might have damaged my...
