My family used this company for our vacation rental which happened to be at the same time as the Blizzard that came through last weekend (March 1-3). It was my first time visiting Mammoth Lakes and I was very excited to experience Mammoth and the snow. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment towards the end of our stay due to the way that this company managed or should I say mismanaged a couple of things. The first was a simple request-to move one of our cars inside the nearly empty garage during the blizzard. During our entire stay there were maybe 5 cars inside of the garage and there were several empty spaces. Due to the road closures no one was coming in or out and yet our reasonable request to park our car inside of the garage during the blizzard was met with a threat of our car being ticketed, booted and towed. The lack of compassion shown was a surprise, was totally uncalled for and was very unprofessional. The second was the fact that on check out day-the roads were still closed and the company insisted we move out by check out time-mind you even if we could have checked out at the supposed time the snow plow didn’t come through until 1pm or so as we literally were stuck inside -the snow was blocking the garage door. As someone who works in customer service I expected a lot more from this management company. Finally I urge the company to do safety checks in its units that it “manages” as the rocking chair was broken-unbeknownst to us- the seat was no longer attached to the bottom and I almost fell back and out of the chair. And several of the staircase railings were loose causing me to stumble a few times. Thankfully no one got hurt in the Unit. Needless to say we won’t be using this Lack of Management...
   Read moreOur experience was really disappointing. When we arrived there was a huge wet spot on the couch and rug that reeked of pot. The whole living room, especially the couch smelled of pot smoke. When we contacted the company, they weren't reachable. We contacted them again the next day and they still weren't reachable because of a holiday. We cleaned the couch ourselves and aired out the unit. The bedspread smelled like cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts on the deck (despite this unit being billed as non-smoking). The extra blankets were covered in white dog hair.
When we finally got in touch with them on day 3 they said they could move us, by that time we'd gotten groceries, set up a crib for our baby, cleaned everything and settled in. We didn't want to move rooms, we just wanted a refund for the "linen fee" and "pet fee". They weren't willing to provide that.
We found out they had been sending their employees to look our unit when we weren't there (they'd given us no notice, and we did not ask for them to come to the unit). Had they made an effort to connect with us, we would've happily showed them the issues, instead they had someone trying to sneak around specifically when we weren't in the room.
They refused to give us any refund. They never apologized for the condition of the room. They didn't seem surprised at the condition of the room. I am shocked by how shady they are. Never stay with Mammoth...

This establishment processes reservations for people visiting Mammoth. The staff is not all that attentive and gives the impression they could care less..
Looking at the company profile it appears they manage lower and rentals as well as higher end rentals. When a person spends $12K for 4 days, there is a level of expedition in service that is assumed.
The rental for the specific unit rented (2088 Greystone) advertised a host of included amenities. My experience was not what was advertised. Here are some of the deficiencies experienced:
Called the office with the deficiency elements to be told, someone will be there.... No one ever showed up.
I do not/would not recommend this agency, If you have no other choice, log everything, bring to there attention, and if you don't receive satisfaction, call your credit card company and demand a dispute, to list "services as promised we're not received".
This place couldn't care less about the guest. Please...
