Patricia's style of flowers and arrangements are beautiful! I booked her for my wedding at Convict Lake and was overall happy with the result.

I was a little disappointed when the bridal bouquet and bridesmaid bouquets were delivered because they were in a steamy bag and the bouquets had been laying on their sides for a while. The flowers that were on the bottom were pretty much destroyed. My bridesmaids ending up cutting a few flowers out that were smooshed and loosing petals. But there were so many flowers that you couldn't even notice. I just wish the flowers were brought sooner because we could have stuck them in our fridge and kept them upright. The day was so hectic that I didn't even think about flower delivery.

The only other thing to note, is that I wanted the entire top of the arch filled with flowers. I showed her a picture of what I wanted to get the quote. I was a little shocked when I walked down the aisle to see only the corners of the arch with flowers, and not the entire top as I imagined. I think she probably didn't fill the top due to the wind that day, but a heads up would have been nice. No one except myself noticed and the flowers still looked great!

I did pay in full one month prior to the wedding but ended up removing one guest table due to some late RSVPs so the flowers from that table were redirected around the tent. That process went smoothly.

Patricia is super busy so I couldn't start coordinating with her until the first of the year and I had a June wedding. But she was very responsive via email leading up to the wedding and helped as I was still figuring out the exact table flower design just one month prior.

DO NOT HIRE THIS VENDOR FOR YOUR WEDDING.

Patricia at Red Lily overbooks herself. She will not give you the attention you deserve on one of the most important details of your wedding.

She is the most awful person to deal with leading up to your wedding. I could not get in contact with her hardly at all, so little to the point where I had no idea what flowers I was getting until I saw them setup in the venue spaces.

I tried texting, calling, and emailing multiple times on each platform and did not get a response. She also hasn't updated her website to display her current email address. She clearly can't handle running a business.

She overcharged us - even after I gave her final details on our event order which resulted in the wrong flowers being assembled.

THE BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY AND HASSEL - except maybe for working with the wedding coordinators at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. This whole town needs to get a clue. DO NOT EXPECT ANYTHING RESEMBLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.  Prepare to spend at least $3500 by the time she decides to overcharge you.

Patricia was so great to work with, and she put together some of the most stunning floral displays that I have seen! She also worked seamlessly with our venue and coordinator to make our vision come to life. We came in from another state and had booked the venue sight unseen… and Patricia was so instrumental in helping us figure out what would work best for our event. She also put together a beautiful floral dog collar, and at the last minute helped decorate a utility cart that was used to bring our injured dog (ring bearer) down the aisle… it was just so sweet and adorable! She even brought us flowers at our hotel room the day after the wedding. I cannot...
