Got a call from a guest that my fridge wasn't cooling. Was referred to Greg through a FB page. Called and left a message and within 10 minutes received a call back. Within an hour he was at my place diagnosing the problem. He cleaned the coils as a temporary repair but was honest and let me know it wouldn't last. The part to fix the fridge was over $350 plus labor to install. He could have tried to convince me to fix the fridge since it was only a year old but was honest and told me I was better off getting a new one. Since my guest broke the part I filed a claim with Airbnb. Greg sent me detailed invoices and quotes that I needed for my claim. He has gone above and beyond to help me to the extent that he offered to give me a loaner fridge until a new one could come in so I didn't have to cancel any of my guests. Greg was awesome,...

Our refrigerator died unexpectedly right before we were about to leave on vacation for a week, and I thought that would mean an emergency trip to Reno to get whatever Home Depot had in store.

To my surprise, Greg and Cathleen just opened up this awesome little store right here in town! Just what we needed. We called the store at 3pm, visited at 3:30, and then by 10am the next morning I had a working fridge installed at a fair price. Incredible to have trusted community members operating such a critical business locally, I am looking forward to doing business with them...

Absolutely one of the best sources for appliance parts and sourcing in the Mammoth area. We were in need of a 2 stage pressure regulator for our RV propane tank system. The owner happened to be in Bishop while we were a June lake and he happily went to a supply store and brought it up the mountain for us.

Absolutely wonderful, kind, considerate and a business worthy of doing business with. 💯 Percent recommend. And when you call, a real person answers the phone....
