Terrible experience, did not feel welcome at all, the girl at the restaurant was so rude, she kept talking a guy ( her friend) did not pay attention to my order, when i asked again, she said we don't carry that drink, so I asked her to give me just a regular coffee with sugar and creamer and one more different drink, regular coffee that she gave me was cold, not fresh at all, told her about that, she did apologized, but after 10 minutes, I could tell she gave me back the same coffee and the other drink was watered down as well, I was traveling with family and kids, did not want to argue, dumped both of D drinks right outside her store, I would recommend stay away and take you business to a...

they need all new staffing nobody behind that counter seems like they want to work at all. They are slow, can't understand clear instructions and don't even know how to punch in items on their register. Now comes receiving, the drink came out luke warm and sweet vanilla cold foam wasn't sweet wasn't vanilla and was weirdly warm on my iced chai drink. Pumpkin powder on top looked like a complete mess and overall took way longer then it needed to. I ordered Hazelnut Mocha Coconut Macchiato which comes with the chocolate on top. When I got my coffee, it had carmel on top instead. I do not consume diary and ask if they can make one with chocolate..the lady who made the coffee, the manager, said that the order I made is like two different drinks and there is nothing like hazelnut mocha coconut macchiato..she was very rude and not nice.
